About Ms. Hilary Blair
Hilary Blair is a dynamic teacher and her innovative spirit and creativity are evident in everything she does. We are proud to offer her curriculum as part of Pygmy Giraffe Publishing.
Hilary graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2010 with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. After teaching for several years she decided to continue her education. In 2015 she graduated from Miami University with a Masters of Arts in Teaching and Biological Science.
Hilary has a flair for making those around her as enthusiastic about animals and conservation as she is. Whether she’s presenting a formal Creature Feature to guests of all ages at the Phoenix Zoo where she holds the position of Supervisor of Trails and Tours, swimming with sharks off the shores of Hawaii, observing sea turtles, or teaching others about why a giraffe has a blue tongue, it’s guaranteed that those around her are learning and gaining understanding of the world around them.
Ms. Blair lives in Phoenix, Arizona and when she isn’t working spends time with her best friend and Dalmatian dog, Aries.
